    • Orders placed by 11:00 am PST Monday through Friday typically ship the same day, 
       unless otherwise noted.

    • Orders placed after 11:00 am PST typically ship the next business day.

    • All products are eligible for Free Shipping regardless of quantity, weight, or price.
    • Choosing Free Shipping authorizes SpecialtySupply.org to determine the shipping method.
    • Methods used could include UPS, USPS, or Common Carrier.
    • Standard orders with Free Shipping will have approximate transit time of 5-8 business days to most locations
       within the Mainland United States.
    • Larger orders shipped via Common Carrier may extend into 8 business days
       ETA depending on your location. PLEASE NOTE: For pallet orders a commercial address
       with forklift is required.
    • Standard 5-8 business day Transit time does not include the shipping day. 
       For example if your order is shipped on Monday, Day 1 = Tuesday; Day 2 =  
       Wednesday; Day 3 = Thursday; etc.
