    If there is a problem with your order please contact us immediately by emailing orders@specialtysupply.org 

    If you need to return your order please review our Return Policy and then request an RMA number by emailing orders@specialtysupply.org 
  • Your assigned RMA number will be emailed along with the return shipping address.

    SpecialtySupply.org Return Policy
    • All returns must be accompanied by an assigned Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
    • RMA numbers must be obtained within 10 days from the delivery date.
    • RMA numbers expire 15 days after the RMA issue date.
    • Orders returned with an expired RMA number and/or without a valid RMA number will not be refunded.
    • Products must be returned freight prepaid and must be in resalable condition and in original packaging.
    • All returns are subject to a 35% Re-stock Processing fee.
    • On orders with FREE SHIPPING the original shipping cost paid by SpecialtySupply.org will be subtracted from the refund amount.
    • Refunds will be applied to the original payment method used in the original transaction.
    • Do not ship your return based soley upon your packing slip origin. The return shipping address will be assigned in the RMA email.
