Shipping Policy
* Orders placed by 12:00 pm PST (3:00 pm EST) Monday through Friday will ship the same day,
unless otherwise noted.
* Orders placed after 12:00 pm PST (3:00 pm EST) will ship the next business day.
Free Shipping
* All products are eligible for Free Shipping regardless of quantity, weight, or price.
* Choosing Free Shipping or Special Rate Shipping authorizes our Online Stores to determine the shipping method.
* Methods used could include FedEx, USPS, or Common Carrier.
* Standard orders with Free Shipping deliver within 3-5 business days to most locations
within the Mainland United States.
* Larger orders shipped via Common Carrier may extend into the into a 5-7 business day
ETA depending on your location. PLEASE NOTE: For pallet orders a commercial address
with forklift is required.
* Standard 3-5 business day Transit time does not include the shipping day.
For example if your order is shipped on Monday, Day 1 = Tuesday; Day 2 =
Wednesday; Day 3 = Thursday; etc.
FedEx
* Freight prices are calculated according to current FedEx rates.
* Transit times are according to business days and exclude weekends and holidays.
* Transit time does not include the shipping day. For example if your order is shipped
on Monday, Priority and Standard Overnight would deliver Tuesday; 2nd Day -
Wednesday; Express Saver [3 day service] - Thursday; etc.
