If you need to return your order please review our Return Policy. Our return policy is also available for your convenience at each of our SpecialtySupply.org Online Stores. You may request an RGA number by emailing contact@specialtysupply.org Your assigned RGA number will be emailed along with the return shipping address.
Please Note:
* All returns must be accompanied by an assigned Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number.
* RGA numbers must be obtained within 30 days from the original purchase date.
* RGA numbers expire 30 days after the RGA issue date.
* Orders returned with an expired RGA number and/or without a valid RGA number will not be refunded.
* Products must be returned freight prepaid and must be in resalable condition and in original packaging.
* All returns are subject to a 15% Re-stock Processing fee.
* On orders with FREE SHIPPING the original shipping cost paid by our Online Store will be subtracted from the refund amount.
* Refunds will be applied to the credit card used in the original transaction.
* Do not ship your return based soley upon your packing slip origin. The return shipping address will be assigned in the RGA email.
